Shipping Information
  • All our products at The Silhouette Store have multiple people across various areas all working together to make your hand-crafted garment; thus always ensuring your story is being written for you to wear.
  • For delivery within India, we offer free shipping on orders above INR 750 . For orders below the value of INR 750, a standard delivery charge of INR 69 will be applicable.
  •  For international deliveries, we offer free shipping on orders above INR 10, 000/- and on orders below INR 10,000, we charge a standard amount for shipping. No COD is available on international orders.
  • All international VISA and MASTER credit cards can be used to make the payment for your international shipping orders. In case your transaction fails, please write to us and we will help you with alternate payment mechanism.
  • For deliveries within India, all taxes and duties are included in the price of the product listed on the Website.
  • For deliveries outside India, customs duties and local taxes have to be paid by customers to our shipping partner at the time of shipment delivery. The amount of duties and taxes depend on the policies of your destination country.
  • Delivery Time for your order starts from the date of Order Confirmation. In the current scenario, other than the Luxé collection all other orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours. All products of the Luxé collection may take up to 1 week for dispatch.
  • We use the most reliable courier services such as Ecomm & Bluedart as courier partners.
  • We would send you a tracking number and link to our courier company with your shipping confirmation email so you can track your order.

Damaged/Defective/Wrong Supply of products
  • The customer is advised to check the ordered products and quantity in the invoice, before accepting the package from the logistics service provider/courier.
  • In case of any contrariety found or damage to the packet is noticed, please leave a suitable remark on receipt to the logistics service provider/courier for accepting the delivery of the products.
  •  In case the product is with a manufacturing defect or a wrong product has been received, kindly contact/email at support@thesilhouetetstore.com within 48 hours of receiving the products. Your email should contain comprehensive details along with images of the defects/complaints of the product delivered to you.
