CANCELLATION AND RETURN POLICY

Eligibility for Successful Return/Exchange
  • We offer easy exchanges between styles & sizes. You can also opt-in for a credit note for future purchases valid up to 6 months. .In case you’re unhappy with anything you have received from our store, then we can help with the return/exchange only and no cash back returns.
  • If you are not 100% satisfied with your product for whatever reason, simply trace back to your order and choose the return/exchange option. This must be done within 7 days of receiving the order. Alternatively, you can also e-mail us on support@thesilhouettestore.com and we will be happy to process this return for you. Write to us with,
    • Order number
    • Delivery address
    • Specify the reason for return, and in case of a defective or incorrect product, please send us an image of the item via email to support@thesilhouettestore.com. Our Quality Check team will verify the manufacturing defects. After that, our customer service team will email or contact you for the necessary action.
    • Only one time return/exchange is available.
  • We have a pickup facility for returns. All returns raised within stipulated timeline are eligible for reverse pickup at an additional cost of Rs.69 per return.
  • Please ensure that the product you return is unused, unworn, and the original tags and) are intact.
  • Do take a confirmation receipt from the courier person on quantity of products being returned. We will not be responsible for any lost or missing shipment.

Orders that are customised to order are not eligible for returns or exchange. Please note that international orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

On meeting quality checks, returned products can be exchanged for replacement in other sizes on issuing a credit note which is valid for 180 days. 

Incorrect / Incomplete Shipping address

We are unable to offer refunds if we’ve been given an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, or if there are three failed delivery attempts by our shipping /agency and/or the package is refused by the recipient.
