Do I have to pay any shipping and delivery charges?

Currently we are offering Free shipping on all orders greater than equal to INR 750. For order value to be less then 750 we charge INR 69.

If I receive a wrong product, can I get it replaced?

We take utmost care to ensure customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, if you receive a wrong product please raise a replacement request on support@thesilhouettestore.com. You will also have the option to choose a refund for the product on the Orders page.

I have placed my order. What next?

Sit back and relax! Once your order is confirmed, we will share the order id and tracking details via E-mail/SMS.

If I receive a physically damaged product, can I get it replaced?

Delivery is usually safe, but, if you receive a damaged product you can return it. To avoid any hassle, go through the following steps:

On delivery, check if the product is packed properly, is factory sealed and there is no physical damage to the carton.
If you are concerned, don’t open the product yourself. Drop a mail support@thesilhouettestore.com for further assistance.

What should I do if I find my package opened or tampered with upon delivery?

We believe in making your shopping experience perfect. However, if you receive an open or a tampered package, please do not accept it. Report this concern by droping a mail on support@thesilhouettestore.com.

We take anywhere between 7-15 days to complete your refund request. For all orders, the refund will be made in the form of Store credit that can be used for your future purchase on thesilhouettestore.com.

I paid cash on delivery, how would I get the refund?

Refunds will be issued in the form of store credits only.

Does TheSilhouetteStore pick up the product I want to return from my location?

  • We will pick up the return within 4 – 7 days from the request placement date. Please keep the return shipment ready.
  • The parcel should be in its original packaging and box as received along with all the trims & accessories (back support, clips, tags, laces, etc.) with the original invoice. Worn or damaged products will not be accepted.

How do I place a return/replacement request on thesilhouettestore.com?

  • If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Silhouette Store, you can return the product to us. Returns are applicable only in the case when the size doesn’t fits in or we have by mistake deliver a wrong size.
  • There will be no return on items on Sale only exchange possible.
  • To return an order, you can go to the Orders section and request a refund or write to us at support@thesilhouettestore.com
  • After the refund has been initiated by TheSilhouetteStore as per the Returns Policy, the refund amount (Order amount – Shipping Charge) is expected to reflect in the customer account as per the following timelines:
    • NEFT – 1 to 3 business days post refund initiation
    • Credit – Instant
    • Online Refund – 7 to 10 days post refund initiation, depending on your bank partner

Why have I not received my order yet?

    • Due to unforeseen circumstances, it is possible that your order might get delayed. We always strive to deliver the product within 3-5 working days.
